Will soft washing damage my paint or render?
No. Soft washing uses low pressure and biodegradable cleaning solutions, so it removes mould, algae and grime without stripping paint, render or timber. As part of Tony Isgrove's Paint and Decorate, we know what the paint underneath needs.
Do you wash strata and apartment buildings?
Yes. We wash strata buildings, townhouse complexes and apartment blocks across Sydney, including facades, balconies, common areas and paths. We work with strata managers and building managers, and can schedule a wash ahead of a repaint by Tony Isgrove's Paint and Decorate.
How long does a house wash take?
It depends on the size of the property, the surfaces and the access. Most homes are washed in a single visit, while larger multi-storey homes and strata buildings take longer. We confirm the timeframe when we quote.
Do I need to be home during the wash?
Not usually. As long as we can get to the outside of the property, you don't need to be there. We'll confirm access details with you before the day.
